Job title:customer service representativejob :a. attend to duties on assigned functions or channels.b. provide information regarding dhiraagu and its services.c. escalate service requests as per the service provisioning guidelines of the contact centre.d. escalate customer issues and complaints as per the escalation procedure of the contact centre.e. log customer interactions with relevant information.f. keep company and customer information confidential.g. ensure customer needs fulfillment with timely follow-ups and callbacks.h. attend training and briefings.i. stay updated on information regarding dhiraagu, its services, and service policies.j. refer to available systems to manage customer interactions.k. manage meal and personal breaks to achieve utilization and occupancy targets.l. conduct outbound campaigns as per guidelines and targets set for each campaign.m. attend to duties as per the published schedule.n. work as a team player and foster team spirit among colleagues.o. provide continuous feedback for the improvement of engagement and customer experience.
