E- sales officerwe are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized e- sales officer to join our growing team. in this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service (online) and growing company revenue. you will supervise and be responsible for meeting and exceeding e-sales targets.responsibilities supervise the activities of the e -sales team including marketing activities like product activations. manage, update & supervise company website & social media channels. initiate e-sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility. develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients. controlling company e-marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget. attend trade shows and other marketing events and represent the organization. assist to evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance. identify the trends in the market, both current, and future that are likely to affect the performance of the organization. ensure the items are uploaded correctly in to the websites and social media channels. lead the team to mastery of the sales process, systems, and product knowledge. ensures crm is up to date with accurate information and opportunities. identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements. ensures team members understand and comply with all team objectives, performance standards, and policies. answers questions regarding best practices or difficult calls from team members.skills/abilities/knowledge bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with emphasis on marketing. proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets. good knowledge about web & social media marketing. excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication. ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team. excellent selling skills, ability to close deals, and deal with post-purchase anxiety. strong organization skills and multi-tasking skills.details 48hrs per week age limit – below 35yrs salary – 11,000mvr (including all the allowances)drop your cv - [email protected] on the candidate's excellent working experience and qualifications, they can negotiate the salary.
