Job briefwe are looking for an architect  / drafts person to join our team.responsibilitiestake the “brief” from clientsdevelop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impactproduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary correctionscompile project specificationsensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulationsmake on site visits to check on project status and report on projectfollow architectural trends and advancementsrequirementsproven working experience as an architect / drafts personexcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (autocad, adobe photoshop, sketchup, 3d studio viz or similar)strong imagination and the ability to create designsvisual awareness and an eye for detailbs degree in architecturehow to apply:attach your cv along with id card copy and other relevant documents [email protected]
