Description

Job title:assistant human resource & admin officerjob :1.   protect the company from any issues that may arise within the employees2.   maintain a supportive and professional work environment with colleagues3.   always maintain legal compliance with employment act & its regulations4.   ensure compliance with the employee contractual obligations5.   supervise the general activities of the hr team6.   conduct interviews, recruiting and vetting new staff7.   arrange training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing staff8.   identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues and counsel staff on hr policies, practices, and procedures9.   respond to queries received from employees and external parties and assist in preparing payrolls of employees10. maintain accurate records of employees11. perform various administrative tasks and accurately process paperwork12. attend meetings on behalf of the company and report discussions to management
