Job summary:we seek a dedicated and hardworking kitchen helper to join our dynamic team to assist in various kitchen duties, including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.key responsibilities:food preparation: assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.cleaning and sanitation: ensure that the kitchen and dining area utensils and equipment are clean – includes washing dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking implements.support kitchen staff: provide support to chefs during meal preparation and service, including fetching ingredients, stirring pots, and other tasks as directed.waste management: properly dispose of garbage and recyclables, ensuring the kitchen and dining area is free of waste and clutter.equipment maintenance: assist in maintaining kitchen equipment by reporting any malfunctions or needs for repair.other duties: perform other related duties as assigned by the management.qualifications:previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a must.basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.strong organizational skills and attention to detail.good communication and teamwork abilities.flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.physical requirements:ability to stand for extended periods.ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20 kg)manual dexterity to handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.benefits:competitive salaryother benefits: accommodation & food will be provided by the company.how to apply: interested candidates can submit their resumes to 7341130.
