We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant / assistant manager toperform personalized administrative duties for senior management. in this role, you will beresponsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf ofmanagers and department heads. you may also be required to make travel arrangements andassist with other duties when required.to ensure success as a personnel assistant / assistant manager, you should exhibit excellentorganizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.main responsibilities: typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management. scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.requirements: a level or diploma (first degre would be an added advantage) certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training. extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software suchas ms word, excel, and powerpoint. advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills. ability to manage internal and external correspondence. working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and emailing. proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as ms outlook, as well as callforwarding. excellent written and verbal communication skills. exceptional interpersonal skills.how to apply:attach your cv along with id card copy and other relevant documents (if foreigners need tohave visa or who live in maldives)[email protected]
